An unofficial English translation. The Czech text is binding.

These terms cover ordering and carrying out aerial photography by drone through DroneCenter. The provider is BASEPOINT GROUP S.R.O, company no. 29574153, Plynární 1032/29, 170 00 Praha ("we"). Contact: [email protected], +420 608 187 548.

1. Ordering

You order by marking the place on the map and choosing a package, purpose, date and contact details. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order. Ordering creates an account under the email you give; you sign in with a one-time code sent to it.

2. Permissions and coordination

Before you order, we check which UAS geographical zones published by Air Navigation Services of the Czech Republic (ANS CR) the place touches, and work out the earliest possible date. Once you have paid, we send the coordination or consent requests to the bodies concerned (air traffic control, an airport operator, a protected-area administration…). The check is indicative; our remote pilot is responsible for the legality and safety of the flight.

A place in a prohibited zone cannot be ordered. If an authority refuses or does not answer in time, we offer you a new date or another take-off point; if that is not possible, we refund the full price.

3. Date and weather

We fly on the chosen day and time window, in suitable weather only. If the weather does not allow it, we agree a new date at no charge; a new date may need coordinating again.

4. Price and payment

The price is the package plus travel (9 CZK per kilometre, there and back), worked out from the place's distance from Prague. You see the total in the order before sending it, and it does not change. We fly within 100 km of Prague in a straight line. Prices are final; we are not VAT registered.

When ordering you only save a card with Stripe; nothing is charged. We charge it once the date is confirmed and the permits are in. If we cannot confirm the flight, you pay nothing. We email you the invoice as a PDF.

5. Cancelling

Cancel by email to [email protected]. Up to 2 working days before the flight, you get the full price back; later, we may keep 30 % to cover preparation and coordination.

6. Footage and copyright

We deliver photos and video by download link, normally within 5 working days of the flight, with a non-exclusive licence without limit of time or territory to use them for the ordered purpose, including advertising a property. We may use selected shots in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. Other people's privacy

We fly so as not to capture people or neighbouring property needlessly. You confirm you are entitled to have the marked place photographed.

8. Complaints and liability

Complain by email within 14 days of delivery. We are not liable when a flight cannot take place for reasons beyond our control (an authority's decision, weather, an extraordinary airspace restriction). We hold third-party liability insurance for drone operations.

9. Disputes

Consumers may turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (adr.coi.cz) for out-of-court resolution. Czech law applies.
