What it is good for
Footage from above shows what you cannot see from the ground. These are the most common uses.
Selling or letting
The house with its plot, surroundings and view. Listings with drone shots get looked at more, and for longer.
Order →Building and renovation
Progress from the same angle month after month – for the investor, the bank or your own records.
Order →Roof and facade
See the roof, gutters and chimney up close with no scaffolding or ladders. Ideal before a repair or an insurance claim.
Order →Plot and garden
The whole plot in one top-down image – to plan a garden, a build or a sale. Indicative, not a land survey.
Order →Weddings and events
One photo with every guest in it, the venue from above and a few cinematic shots for the video.
Order →Something else?
Write to [email protected] – we will tell you whether and how it can be shot from a drone.

Questions
When do I pay?
When ordering you only save a card. We charge it once the date is confirmed. If the flight cannot happen, you pay nothing.
Where do you fly?
Within 100 km of Prague – all of Central Bohemia and parts of the neighbouring regions. A few places are off-limits (near airports or military sites, for example); the order map tells you straight away.
What does travel cost?
9 CZK per kilometre, there and back, by distance from Prague. You see the exact amount in the order before you pay anything.
When do I get the footage?
Within five working days of the flight – the download link comes by email and is in your account too.
What if the weather is bad?
We agree a new date at no extra cost.
What about the neighbours and privacy?
We film your property, not other people's gardens. People and neighbouring plots are deliberately kept out of shot.
Do I need to create an account?
No. The account comes from your order and you sign in with a code from your email. It shows where your order stands and holds your footage.
Where do you need us to fly?
Ordering takes two minutes. You pay once the date is confirmed.
